ProStart I students have been examining workplace professionalism and communication. Today, they put their written and verbal communication to the test by writing and original recipe and having a teammate prepare it unseen before today. Any questions had to be addressed from across the house while they too prepared a new to them recipe.
Menu items included: chocolate dipped strawberries, ham and egg breakfast sandwiches, egg and avocado toast, and smashed avocado toast. They shared their creations and critiqued the experience in a constructive way.

FBLA and DECA members attended Career Day at the K. Students listened to Royals staff members explain their current roles, jobs, and backgrounds within the organization and then watched the game.
